8 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGN

This is your tailored individual 8 week program and includes the program design and day by day feedback from the coach allowing for constant review and alterations based on your progress and what the coach determines may be improved. This includes your nutrition coaching and weekly check ins along with 4+1 workouts each week. 

$35/Week or $250 up front (save %11)      

 

ONE ON ONE Coaching x 1/Week

This option includes 1 x One on One weekly Personal Coaching session with the coach along with a tailored individual 8 week Online Program Design. This option is for someone who is really committed to their results and wants the extra face to face coaching and motivation only an IAD coach can provide. This option is also recommended for beginners just getting started to help learn and develop new exercises and understand different training intensities and principals to get off to the best possible start! This also includes your nutrition coaching and weekly check ins.

$60/Week or $435 up front (save %10)

ONE ON ONE COACHING x 2/WEEK

This option includes 2 x One on One weekly Personal Coaching sessions with the coach along with a tailored individual 8 week Online Program Design. This option is the next step up for the committed athlete allowing for 2 sessions with the coach and 1-3 sessions at home. This also includes your nutrition coaching and weekly check ins.

$110/Week or $820 up front (save 7%)

 

ONE ON ONE COACHING x 3/WEEK

This option includes 3 x One on One weekly Personal Coaching session with the coach along with a tailored individual 8 week Online Program Design. This program is our highest recommended option with 3 sessions with the coach and their watchful eye every week along with 1-2 sessions at home. This is the no excuses option providing regular face to face contact with the coach to keep you on track along with regular nutrition check ins and nutrition coaching!

$150/Week or $1,115 up front (save %7)

 

BIOCF ACCESSORY PROGRAM DESIGN

This option is for Bring It On CrossFit Members as an add on program to be used in conjunction with the BIOCF regular group day to day program. This could be extra strength work, Olympic lifting, gymnastics skill work, stability & mobility training, core strength, prehab work or sports specific work. This option can be added on to the end of your daily BIOCF group training and would include 3-5 x 30-60 minute session depending on your training goals. This would also include nutrition coaching and weekly check ins..

$15/Week or$120 up front (Must also have a membership at Bring It On CrossFit)
