Nutrition Coaching & Weekly Check Ins
The IAD Program Nutrition Guide is all about empowering you to make Intelligent, well-informed choices when it comes to food. Understanding the nutritional breakdown and balance of the foods you eat means you can choose what works best for you to satisfy hunger, promote optimal performance, health and longevity, and provide the vitamins, minerals and amino acids that will enable your body to not only stay alive but to thrive. With weekly check-ins we aim to keep you on track, re-assess and re-adjust your nutrition if needed to ensure you continue on your path towards your goals!
Accountability & Feedback
You will be emailed each workout via the FitBot app and then once completed you will be prompted to submit your results, as well as any comments, and this is all sent directly to us to review and provide feedback. We can modify your program as we go to ensure you are getting the most out of every training session!
Benchmarks & Goal Setting
Using online programming software we are able to track all of your results so we can see the progress you’re making each week and make sure your on the right path to your health and fitness goals.
Fun & Varied Workouts
We believe no workout should be boring. We want to keep you motivated and excited to train so we make sure all our workouts are varied and appropriate to your level of fitness. We have a huge database of movement videos and coaching experience that will support and guide you through your program at home or the gym!
Sport Specific Programs
Whether your sport is Roller Derby, Football, Cricket, Basketball, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting or any other the iad program can provide experienced and knowledgeable sports specific training to help you compete at the level you have always wanted. Our program will be specifically periodised for your particular sport (taking into account your off-season, in-season training) utilizing effective peaking methods to ensure you are at your physical best come competition time! If you want to be faster, stronger, jump higher and more athletic we want to help you get there!
Build Long-Term Habits
The best way to build new healthy habits is to practice them regularly within your everyday life. With our whole-life approach we will work with you to instil good recovery, mobility, sleep, hydration, nutrition and exercise habits that will build the base for your program.
