THE IAD PROGRAM is not just another GENERIC online personal training program. We provide a THREE STEP program divided into EIGHT WEEK BLOCKS and delivered either ONLINE or IN PERSON, We offer INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED and GOAL DRIVEN training programs designed specifically for you and delivered to you in a manner that best suits you.
We specialize in Life-Changing Body Transformations, Sports Specific Training, Weightlifting and CrossFit training programs. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain lean muscle mass, compete at a high level in your specific sport or learn and develop new skills to enhance your overall health and well-being then our mission is to help you get there!

We don't just send you your program and leave the rest up to you. We use FITBOT online software to deliver your TAILOR MADE PROGRAMS and provide support and feedback to help stay on track and ACCOUNTABLE. We will be on hand to answer any questions you may have along the way or help you overcome any obstacles that may arise throughout YOUR JOURNEY.

Initiate your journey to better health and fitness by getting in touch with us and we will send you a comprehensive QUESTIONNAIRE so we can learn more about you and your goals. If possible we will try to arrange a One on One Consultation so you and Coach Jared can meet face to face.
We will analyse your information and build your initial specifically designed, custom 8 week training program based on your goals. Within 5 working days, your first 8 week program will be ready for you to get started. Through regular communication we will be working alongside you to enhance your training while guiding your nutritional journey for optimal performance and results.
Once you get the hang of the program, and have started to master the first steps towards mastering good, healthy nutrition and training habits we can then start to ramp up and fine tune your program getting you further on your way to a fitter, healthier you.
To start your ACCELARATE program we follow up with your body composition testing so we can analyse the data and use it to hone your training and nutrition. We will continue to raise the bar and start to increase your work capacity. We will program more challenging workouts and gradually turn up the intensity in order for you to continue to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
The third step is where we will see what you are really capable of, this is the time to DOMINATE. By now good nutrition will be routine and long term habits will have been established. Your initial goals will be in sight if you haven’t already smashed them along the way.
During this step we will introduce you to more challenging training methods and exercises to keep you motivated and progressing in a positive direction. Get ready for achievements you never thought were possible!
